Viet Taste - West Knoxville

It's really good and clean! Staff is kind. The taste of the foods is good!

Very good. But no blood cubes in the beast stew! However, the mark of any good Vietnamese restaraunt, Asian Basil, red stemmed, tasty and very aromatic. They have very good basil, nice menu, nice staff, nice atmosphere. Works for me. Loved the goi cuon. I recommend this restaurant for your next meal. Close to the interstate and enough room to park my F250 SD towing a 16' trailer.

The place looks sad. no pictures on wall, prices went up with smaller portions, service is a 1 star. they are always out of items. no culantro

What I said in 2019. “Wow. This place just got better. New chef arrive in late 2018. Some slight upgrades to the menu. Healthy, tasty and great service.” Update as of Aug 2022. Changes taking place. Some remodeling appears mostly complete. There is new staff and service has deteriorated. The air was hot and humid. The background music is too loud, of poor taste, and played on cheap speakers that distort the sound. Let's hope Viet Taste can find better staffing. The food is still very good. Goin … – show

I have tried out a few Vietnamese restaurants around here in Knoxville and so far this is the one that I like the most. I ordered the shrimp egg rolls and beef pho and my friend ordered grilled chicken bánh mì. We both liked and enjoyed our food, especially that was our first time there.
