Kebab King - West Lothian

We order from here almost every Friday. Used to be fab but waiting 2 and a half hours for a delivery we were told would only take one hour is just a complete joke. All we were getting was two small special meal boxes. Don’t order from here if you expect to eat your dinner at dinner time!

Ordered on scoffable food came cold but not surprised as it took them 2 hours 20 mins to deliver very poor

Whist the food was good a 2 hour wait for a delivery time of 45 minutes was unacceptable, driver wasn't interested, hope he wasn't expecting a tip

I am appalled by the service I received today. So I ordered 3 bags of popadoms which normally come with 2 popadoms in 2 bags each. Firstly they didn’t even come with the first delivery. So I called them and simply asked to be sent what I paid for. They said they would send them. Took over an hour to come and I had to call them 3 times to even get the popadoms. Then they had only sent us 2 bags. So I called them again asking where the other bag was and then they tried to say that there is only 1 popadom in each bag so they actually sent me and extra one. When in actual fact every time i have bought a bag of popadoms for 80p they have sent me 2 and they are now saying it’s £1.60 for 2 popadoms. Absolutely unacceptable and will not be visiting this establishment again.

Went last night 17,06,2019 ordered mixed calzone was £9,95 on menu was charged £10,00 was not bothered as only 0,5p when got home no sauces in box In was only dinner meet few bits chicken tikka no mushroom or land as states on menu was disgusting guy serves me was not friendly attitude was no good will not be bk
