Ihop - West Modesto

Very crowded and only one person serving, I had to leave.

Update: French toast was great huge! Unfortunately, my eggs hashbrowns got cold quickly. Steakburger bit over done and literally only got ten French fries!French toast was tough, bacon was good, scrambled eggs tasted like grease. Pancakes were good. Philly cheese steak was tough, French toast hot chocolate was delicious. Service was good. Hashbrowns burnt.

My husband's and I first time eating at this location. We won't be going back. The service was horrible and they were not that busy. What made it even more worse is that the lady manager today lied to a customer about coffee being decaf when it wasn't. Only because the coffee that she was bring out was supposed to go to the table behind us but the two guys left because of the laof service. Instead of taking the coffee back and getting know coffee the Manger takes it to a different couple who asked for decaf. Lied about it being decaf when the wife asked about it.

I like going to this IHOP in Atwater, besides liking the food I like that it's not as busy as others duty the week. The staff is friendly, I just like going here I've shared many great lunches and breakfasts here.

When ever I call to order for pick up an automated voice says everyone is busy and call back later then it hangs up on you...no matter how you keep calling back. I love the food but, they will lose alot of business because of this problem. When I call I would like to place my order not wait for a long time hoping that they will pick up and answer. I live in Modesto CA. And that's the only IHOP unless you go to Ceres. And of coarse I'm not going that far.
