Avaliação da contribuiçãoJennifer Conklin very rude and unprofessional so call “Manager” , first of all she speaks to all her staff with no respect what so ever never says please or thank you to any of her staff at all everytime I come in she has the worst attitude what so ever very much an I’m the manager attitude and as a manager it’s very disheartening to experience this. I drove there for lunch waited a long wait just to get back to my office with the wrong sandwich , she had the audacity to have an attitude because MY sandwich was made wrong. No apology no empathy what so ever then they made my sandwich so messy and nasty I didn’t even eat it at all ! I used to love this place it’s located in one of my fave shopping centers I will never go here again and I’ll make sure anyone I knows will not support. It’s one thing to be rude but to be rude and unprofessional is insane. And to go out and smoke while the line is super busy and come back in and not wash your hands is disgusting ! Worst togos EVER.
This is where I go for well meated sandwiches that don't ask alot of questions. Also for speed, they're among the fastest of the sandwich assemblers.
I go to this restaurant now consistently. The lady store manager is the truest example of fine customer service with a smile. I literally look forward to seeing her and her team. My sandwiches are made perfectly with a smile. I sincerely appreciate my experience every time!
Fresh sandwiches; this location's been around for decades. Unfortunately they're been surpassed quality wise by places like Mr. Pickles, Ike's and even Jimmy John's. Their french rolls are unfortunately too thick gritty and very bland. Some of their sandwiches are still good; i.e. turkey/avocado. The pastrami is way too salty for me anyway! so beware. Excellent service.
