I made a mobile order and got a smoothie and when we came up to the door I was waiting for a minute and the girl(Zoe I believe) complained that my smoothie was hard to make. Like what. Just make it.

I used to love this location but lately they haven’t even been filling the bowls up. I’m paying $13 for this and they can’t even fill it up correctly. Very aggravating. Not to mention this has happened at least the last 5 times I’ve been there now. I’m about to stop going. Also when I reached out about a rude employee they “contacted” me and then when I contacted them back they ghosted me… super unprofessional customer service

The girls working today was not very helpful. Mostly rude. This was my first visit. Definitely won't be back until they know how to help customers.

Always love this place always polite service always great smoothies just wish they had food too like some fresh fruit or something
