Texas Roadhouse - West Monroe

I am not a fan of their food. The server is not very friendly. It is a casual, roadhouse-style restaurant.

Terrible experience. Seven months ago, my group and I, including basketball kids, were not able to be seated despite being told the table was being cleaned. This time, we received the same lack of service, with the front girl being particularly unpleasant. I had warned my family of 12 that this would happen, and unfortunately, it did. I do not recommend this place at all. Stay away.

I arrived at 6 and checked in, but did not get a table until 7:30. The front staff was unhelpful. I recommend choosing another restaurant in the area instead. Service was rated as 1 out of 5.
