Prompt service. Worker here pointed out the price difference between one scoop and two scoop cones for my cousin and gave him more bang for his buck.
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing due to the poor service. I lost my credit card and called to ask if they could hold it for me while I went to retrieve it. When I arrived, I found out that they had thrown it in the trash. It's unbelievable!
I visited the restaurant on August 1, 2020, with my two children at 6:58 PM. When we arrived, the young staff member mentioned the wait time was two minutes. Unfortunately, I felt there was a lack of warmth in their service.
The ice cream here is fantastic, and the staff is very friendly. The peanut butter fudge is absolutely the best. By the way, complaints about customer service at an ice cream kiosk are rather silly. This is an ice cream stand, not a five-star restaurant. Just order a scoop, avoid paying with a $50 bill, say thank you, and enjoy your treat!
