I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt I was profiled as a black male. I made a pickup order around $50 and they thought I was a delivery driver trying to steal the food. Never have I faced this much prejudice as a black person from a restaurant. First and last time I will ever go to this place.

I went to this place today ordered 2 beef paties and a oxtail ...the food was ok. But the man with the goatie and hat has some sever issues.rolling his eyes at me .. snapping his fingers for the cc. Never once saying anything to me. No hi welcome... what would u like... thank you for comin nothingExtremely rude.avoid .... no wonder this place is always empty

The food was great everything was fresh. The chicken, the fish. Veggies, rice, and the beef patties. I had ackee with salty fish but I didn't like the ackee. But the man was kind enough to do it again for me. I would definitely go here again if in area. The prices to me are regular. Some might say is high but I'm from Boston everything is expensive here. I would think people are use to it cause New York is expensive too. Just get ready to spend. If your trying to hold back in your pockets just get something light like a patty.

A bit pricey yes, staff was very friendly and when I made an inquiry about plantains they gave me free samples.

I ordered j chicken with peas rice plantains , the food was excellent, the chicken was juicy seasoned properly, I definitely have a new place to eat at the mall
