Applebee's Grill - West Palm Beach

Food rarely comes right. Staff is usually really friendly tho. but food, not subjugate yourself

I usually have a good time when I come here, but on my last visit, in which my birthday dinner was the waitress (Shanik) was very rude and repulsive. She has always brought her to our table, and when she did, she never imagined. She asked if we were willing to order and we were not that we were still waiting for the rest of our party, so just ran away. at least could have taken our drink order and offered appetizers. she never saw while we eat when we needed something and when we were taken for them forever to collect our payments. Hopefully, next time I return the waitress, I'll have a better job. very disappointed?

Unfortunately, the service on this special location on Sunday evenings (8:30) is the worst thing I saw in every restaurant. The place was empty, not a person at the bar, only a few customers, there were more servers than customer and it took 10 minutes to sit, once a server did not sit on the table 15 minutes only waiting for each server. We're asking for a manager and nothing else to find a manager.

I went in about 10:25 or so and set a simple order for Buffalo wings. An hour later, no wings yet! I saw some people get in and out with their orders. Sure, I understand they put their order online, but I'm physical in the building. Why not appropriate? If I knew I would never get the food I ordered, I would have gone somewhere else.

Didn't get acknowledged at the front door for about 25 minutes, once sitted we asked for a high chair but the host never brought it, when asked he said there's no more available. Would of been nice to let us know. Server was great. Get more high chairs . Would love to come back but it's hard with no high chairs and kids.
