Subway - West Palm Beach

I love this subway. Customer service was amazing. I had a girl fix my sub name Tia even though she is fairly new she did a great job positive attitude , friendly and great personality.

Very slow service, went there with a big group and was served by a tall, young african American guy who wears glasses and it took forever to get our order done. It looked as if he was dreading his job and doing everything slow on purpose. The girl who came after was much better.

This is my favorite Subway shop to go to in Palm Bch County. I actually pass at least 3 others on my way to this one. I have never had a bad experience, the food is always fresh and to me, its made better by the staff, (bread is always soft and portions are just right and tuna never looks watery unlike the one on Westgate and Military, which is no more than 5 mins from my home). Staff is always pleasant and its centrally located.

The man who served me was talking like he giving me the food 4 free lol ... even if the food was good I'm not going there anymore

The worse customer service ever experienced. Please go to other subways. The lady was extremely rude. I even cancelled my order because of how rude she was. There are too many choices to choose from for me to ever go to this one again. It wasn't because they were busy because there was absolutely no customers there at 6:15pm. Now, I know why. Run from this location! This happened on March 12, 2020 around 6:00 pm. She had no name tag but it isn't hard because it was just her and another employee who she made sure to tell him in a mocking way about me. She really needs a class in dealing with customers because clearly she has no clue.
