Trindy Gourmet - West Palm Beach

It is rare for me to give five stars but on this occasion, I was extremely impressed by the trendy gourmet dish served at Trindy. As someone who does not eat pork, I was curious about the alternatives available. The stuffed sweet croissant with gruyere was a pleasant surprise and the flavors paired together perfectly. This review is solely based on the taste of the food, but I should also mention that the service was excellent. Despite not mentioning the employee who took my order, this place comes highly recommended if you find yourself in West Palm Beach, Florida.

My breakfast experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The staff was rude and I was the only customer there for the first 15 minutes. It took them half an hour to inform me that my food would take 45 minutes, which consisted of 3 small French toasts and bacon. The food was not worth the wait as it tasted like soap and the coffee was old. I was upset with the service and will not be returning.

I really appreciate the consistent quality of the food at this restaurant. Please continue to offer such delicious flavors.

The restaurant has poor service and they consistently close 45 minutes early each day. It is also frustrating that they are only open Tuesday to Friday.

The Thursday special was a grits bowl chocked full of scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. Talk about delicious and filling, a great way to start the day.
