Twin Peaks - West Palm Beach

I had a good time! The environment here is fun, especially on the terrace. Just talk to your neighbor and make friends. Food and drink excellent!! Service was good/okay, but I had better. There was little interaction my whole visit of 3.5 hours, and I had to ask for everything. My needs were not expected. I wish they would stop replacing my check/tab every time I command something, Pet Peeve from me, especially if she already ran my card for a stop.

Food and atmosphere are good, but the service of our waitress was absolutely terrible. The first and last time in this place.

A great experience with Celandra as my waitress and Jade bring me my food. Both girls are amazing, sweet and sweet big smiles. A fun visit and delicious food. I had a man size blond beer 29 degrees refreshing, 1/2 Cuban sandwich and cup Brisket Chili. My first time back since before the pandemic and it was great to be back and great therapy watch the sport and catch with the new girl waitress. Both girls are very organized, helpful and very efficient waitresses. The manager stopped by and asked me how everything was and I told her it was a big visit. I definitely want to visit more often and in any case request Celandra and Jade if they are available. Thank you. Great job! See you soon!

I go to this Twin Peaks location(West Palm Beach) about once a week and have been there approximately a dozen times because the food is good and it 's convenient. However, I must say the service is sorry at best. Unless of course you 're there strictly for 'The Girls ' you 're definitely out of luck as far as service is concerned. If you need anything after they bring your food or you want more to drink, you can forget about it. It 's like they purposely avoid/ignore you if you 're not drinking alcohol like a fish and constantly giving them tips, 'The Girls ' are done with you after you get your food. I asked the man sitting beside me at the bar how the salmon was and he replied I 'll let you know after I taste it, if I ever get some silverware '. The only reason I gave it a #2 is the food is good. Just remember Twin Peaks, SERVICE is as important as the food. Don 't know if I 'll go back! P.S.-I always tip good for good service.
