Pizza Hut - West Plains

By far the best pizza hat I ever... It is a shame that I have to drive 10 hours from where I live in Texas to get this kind of customer service from a pizza restaurant.... but it was more than the gas to come here!

So it's very rare that I take the time to write a review (I think that's my second) and I can't believe I'm writing a review for food I didn't even have, but that deserves it. Today my wife and daughter (4) went to Pizza Hut and had the buffet. Not only did they say the food was excellent, but they had a server called Emma who explained how the customer service looks high. She was very attentive and made a wonderful meal. In addition, she took 50 cents of her own money to bring my daughter to the machine to buy a toy. Apparently, my daughter decided she didn't want to spend her new found money and would rather keep it. Emma then pulls out more money and buys her a ball and lets her keep the change. This is where the story is a little bit crying when my daughter came back to the table, she had not only a new ball but also a dollar change. That's Emma's own pocket again. Emma, I don't write this review because you gave generously your own money, but because you gave compassion to make sure that the experience was as good as the food. I hope to accompany her on her next trip and thank you personally.

I took my children to the Pizzeria Hut, Tuesday night because children eat free. And I must say Tuesday night was the best time my kids and I ever had in our local pizza hut. We had never had to sit without empty glass while we were there. The pizza was hot and everything tasted amazing. I'll just hope I got the same little waitress I got last time

This was Amazing! The food was great, but the service is even better! They were super friendly and have reviewed us very often to make sure everything was okay. This is my amazing experience. Good job pizza hat!

The service today was absolutely the best. Helpful, polite, friendly....just the best. Thank you to everyone who took care of my late lunch needs. Food was very good, atmosphere welcoming and clean. My waiter was top notch.
