Taco Bell - West Plains

I love this Taco Bell! We all know that every mistake makes and occasionally forgets to put a product in your pocket, but when you call (and think that I really try to stay respectful), they give you not only the product you lacked, but they even compensate you for the error... I made it home before I realized that I didn't have one of the items from my order, but because I had to drive all the way back to the city, they gave not only the item I lacked, but also a second article, PLUS a voucher for a free taco!! Patrick was the person I spoke to and he was extremely polite and respectful!!

The cashiers were great, very enthusiastic. Our order got screwed up, but that's half the places out there so I don't mind. Great establishment

These folks are amazing! We placed a sizable order just before closing, and while there were a few mistakes, they quickly corrected them with a smile. When we were leaving, my son accidentally spilled his entire drink in the back seat. As we were cleaning it up, a staff member named Eric came over to see if we needed anything and offered us some water to clean the mess. Whoever his mother is should be really proud of him. He truly helped turn a frustrating situation around. Big thanks to the Taco Bell team for their outstanding customer service. The person at the drive-thru was also incredibly kind!

This Taco Bell is truly the best one I've ever visited. The food is consistently fresh, well-prepared, and orderly. It's always clean, delicious, and served at just the right temperature. Because of this, I always make a point to stop here on my trips through Missouri. I would give it more than five stars if I could—10/10 would definitely recommend!
