I ordered delivery, then tried to call to let them know GPS always directs them to the wrong street and give them directions. 8 calls later nobody answered the phone, it would ring and ring until it hung up. So instead of letting my pizza get cold while they were driving around trying to find my house I decided to just go get it and let the manager know if his staff ignoring the phone. Ordered 2 pizzas at 8:30 pm. Was told they would arrive in 34—45 minutes. At 9:30 we called the store. Was informed by a manager that he sent our order with a DoorDasher and it got lost. So they were in the process of making a new order and getting it delivered. 2 barley warm pizzas arrived just before 10pm. Just another reminder why I don't order from Pizza Hut, especially this location. Spend the extra few and go to The Pie.
We originally ordered from Domino's…They canceled our order without telling us, so at 9:45 PM we decided to get Pizza Hut. They got the pizzas to us within a reasonable amount of time and it was perfect!! Thank you for salvaging what was left of our Friday Night!
Placed an order for lunch, scheduled a time for pickup. Realised we needed it a little earlier so called 3 TIMES to try and insure it would be ready on time. No answer. When I arrived, I sat for over 10 minutes. No one came to greet, or give an update. When some one finally did come out, the order was indeed ready, but no customer service at all. Pizza Hut is one of my favorite pizza places, but will definitely avoid the location in the future.
Okay we order the mini Cinnabons from here a ridiculous amount of times. And every time it has never let us down. We always do delivery. But this time there was an issue with the delivery times and online orders so I got a call from Pizza Hut saying that they weren’t able to deliver in time before the close which is totally understandable.
