Cook Out - West Virginia

Food wasn't the best and they messed up on one of the orders. Have had it before and the food was better so maybe they was having an off day.

I came into the store and was ordering three tray meals, I did not say tray on third one, but I assumed they knew I wanted that since I got two other trays. I guess not though, because the cashier rang up third at regular individual prices.When I got to the table I did not have fries. I requested they give me fries since I paid about 1.50 more than the value meal. They refused to provide fries without an additional charge. They also would not redo the order to try and fix it. They didn't get my complete order. Somehow they didn't add my hamburger to the order. This was 2am in the morning. Got home and seen I only had fries and onion rings. I wasn't charged but I didn't get my complete meal.

They rushed us to order, then once we got order it was wrong. Called the only number we could find which was corporate and the only things they could say was literally “ookkkayy”…

Great food that came out quickly, and top-tier dessert!
