Cook Out - West Virginia

They didn't get my complete order. Somehow they didn't add my hamburger to the order. This was 2am in the morning. Got home and seen I only had fries and onion rings. I wasn't charged but I didn't get my complete meal.

Went after a replacement meal got the meal and made it all the way home after realizing my food was completely wrong went back and got the right meal and all food was cold called and spoke to manager same night and just received attitude will definitely be taking my business yo Kanawha city location from now on

And they make fabulous milkshakes other than that the food is subpar usually always cold and if you get a double what they appear to do is take your single and cut the meat in half and call that a double. By far my boyfriend cooks better hamburgers on the grill… The next time one of us gets a double burger from there I'll add pictures to this review....

Great barbecues, burgers, fries, and shakes!! Friendly staff and Affordable!

Food wasn't the best and they messed up on one of the orders. Have had it before and the food was better so maybe they was having an off day.
