Cafe Madriz - West Yellowstone

We are from Madrid and we have had the best Spanish omelette in the world at this restaurant!

As soon as I stepped inside, I could tell I was in for a delicious meal - the smell was comforting! One suggestion though, the pork could be a bit more tender, but the tomato sauce tasted just like the one my mom makes for huevos rancheros, so fresh and tasty!

This restaurant in West Yellowstone is a hidden gem! The food is delicious and tastes just like Spain, olé!!

Upon arrival, I could tell I was in for a delicious meal as the aroma was enticing. One small suggestion would be to make the pork a bit softer, but the tomato sauce was exactly like the one my mother makes for huevos rancheros - fresh and flavorful!
