Fishaways - Western Cape

I did order a take away at Paarl branch. The service was fast. The presentation of the food 1out of 10. The food was tasteless, I am truly disappointed.

So disappointed with the meal bought from Fish Aways in Paarl today, not only did it not look near the advertised product, the calamari was also still raw. I contacted them and although the manager-Nicky was willing to replace it I had to com fetch t all the way from Wellington again-meaning I had to drive to Paarl twice to collect my food. They offered a R50 towards fuel. This was unfortunately my last meal from them-no wonder there was nobody in the shop when we arrived.

No service. Cashier standing with her back to customers chatting with the kitchen staff. Ignored me even asking her for service.

Very, very disappointing. We ordered a small fish and chips, a large fish and chips and a large chips at 18:45 to be delivered. By 19:45 our order had not arrived and we phoned to check if it was on its way. The gentleman who answered the phone said he would check and get back to us. Needless to say he did not.
