Jacks Bagels Mossel Bay - Western Cape

The food is good BUT Most unfriendly staff, unprofessional manager and worst atmosphere felt like we were being chased out. Client service is definitely one of their strong points. So much potential with the right management and properly trained staff it will be even more successfull.

Love it! Signage clearly visible from street, the decor calls you in, the smell lures you in further, the service gets you seated and the menu has endless potential. Seriously can even see a picky eater finding something to love. Liza suggested we try the iced coffee (I hate cold coffe btw) and eveb gave a small sample to try. I was blown away by how good that tasted. It washed down the generously stuffed gorgenzola, fig, honey and cashew bagel.

Love this little shop! They bake fresh daily and their stock flies off the shelves, so make sure you order ahead if you need specific types or larger quantities of bagels. The staff is very friendly, quick and efficient.

The freshly prepared juice is excellent.
