Avaliação da contribuiçãoCustomer service ever! coworker and I visit this place for lunchtime, whoever was responsible was extremely rude. after ordering and sitting in the thru line running my coupon code on the app kicked me out when they log back in the window, the code would not pull up. the person who took the order also insisted to see the code in the window, but because it would not load, the voucher was not honored and we were forced to pay $27.99 for 2 dinners in contrast to the $10.99 with the credit card offered. when they were asked for ketchup, they insisted that it was in the bag, after the third question grateful to see that once back to work there were no ketchup found in the bottom of the bag. eating was extremely cold. on a separate opportunity when buying the 2/$5 promotion was denied the option to add cheese for a charge. I said the sandwiches could only be bought as it is? Never before have you seen something like this at a fast eating place. the customer service at this location needs work to say the least.
Not sure why so many bad reviews, I have eaten here for years and years. in this time I had some painting missing items, but the manager was happy enough to make sure. I never had bad food, as people say.
I went to burger king on 4/21/22it was grouse floor was delicious sticky. like an old water. most of the tables were dirty .if u too foot in the door handles were grouse dirty as it was not cleaned in the tub. I dared that the bathroom went with sandwiches to eat with my company and the birds. helps to have a picnic tooo. with what about not safe to eat there caughing in there also a virius waiting to pass the ice machine had hardly much ice fight with how it did not fill eaither bad experience

My favorite BK, the staff is amazing. Morning shift always greets with a smile no matter what. ?
