I absolutely love going to Erica's restaurant for chai. The staff is hardworking and their customer service skills are exceptional. Erica herself is a delight and her positive energy is contagious. Keep up the great work!
I visited the drive-thru and waited about 15 minutes, even though there was only one car ahead of me. When I received my drink and tasted it, it had a watered-down and chemical taste. I went inside to have my drink remade, and while it was slightly improved, it still wasn't enjoyable. I observed several orders being messed up in front of me while waiting for my drink. The service was slow, and I would not recommend this restaurant.

Come here all the time, as soon as it got cold they closed the drive thru with absolutely no reasoning behind it.Fully staffed each time too. Frustrating annoying seeing as this wasn’t an issue until it got below freezing.Management please fix this bc your tiny parking lot is making you lose out on (as not everybody that wants to go to drive thru can park) and your reputation is going down the drain
