Bagels on Greene - Westmount

We ate here twice for breakfast, and everything was delicious and of excellent quality. I had bagels from La Viateur as well, and I think Bagels on Greene bagels were just as good. Lots of Indian foods, as well currries, pakora, as well as...fresh fruit, smoothies, coffee from a barista... cookies and treats. Come, eat, you will leave happy.

The bagels are excellent. Some of the Indian dishes are good. I like better to take out than to sit there as the atmosphere is a bit like sitting in a grocery store. Banana bread is great and you can also buy it frozen for...a later date.

The food is fine, good selection. But I have come in here numerous times to see the owner towering over his staff, yelling at them and generally speaking quite disrespectfully. I asked one of the workers about their experience, they said they have no break...room, only the flooded closet they keep the hydro equipment that has mold which they sit and eat in. They only receive their break 15 minutes before their shift ends....seems strange. I don’t get the feeling staff is treated well.

This is THE spot to buy your bagels in the area. Freshly made, by them prepared to your liking or 12 to go, you will be happy every time....

On Bagels on the Greene randomly, while a route back to downtown from the top of the Mont Royal. We lit it. So many different possibilities of bagels and filling. The place does a lot for those who say Montreal Bagels are the best around. Helpful staff, delicious food and everything for a good price. Had a roaring trade long, it can continue!
