Mcdonald's - Westmount

Typical McDonalds fast food place,but the service is fast and friendly,usually stop for coffee when in and around the area.Parking sometimes tricky but always a place if you are willing to walk a bit.

On occasion I enjoy McD's. Sadly (or perhaps fortunately) the McD's in my neighborhood always has long lines. The configuration of this McD's is such that the counter servers struggle to keep up with demand... not enough servers taking orders and too many tables. I often see potential patrons simply walking away and not making a purchase. Whether this is a company owned of franchised McD's you are not living up to McD's standards and you are losing money with a poorly configured McD's without enough servers and with too many seats....Simply make serving areas bigger, add one cashier, and do not have so many seats... You are losing customers McDonald's motto "Quality, Service, Cleanliness" is not realized here. Just sayin!

This location handles special requests well.I like a big mac with no pickles and double sauce.No problem here.I also like my fries really fresh, so I may wait 3 minutes moor but I get what I want.And with a smile from the staff.

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. The manager is extremely rude and the customers are disrespectful. The establishment is very dirty. I do not recommend it and will not be returning.

Situated in Westmount, near downtown Montreal, this McDonald's location offers a large and cozy space, perfect for socializing with friends or meeting business partners. Comfortable seating and ambient lighting make it a highly recommended spot for those in the area.
