I was there on saturday the 10th of april , i ordered two breakfast meals , we got ourmcfuffins but not our hashbrowns , we called out to the girl that was delivering food to cars , she rolled her eyes and brought out one hash brown not the other . We had no straws for our orange juice , or any napkins
We order 2 coffee both double double, 1 is large and a medium coffee. The medium coffee,had only 1 cream. The lady told us to wait on the 3rd window after she hand in our coffee. 2 minutes pass and our order is not done yet, (btw 2 coffee, 1 bagel and 2 cheeseburger). We are wondering why 5 cars just pass by with their order and we are still waiting. Honk the horn twice and finally the lady came out and said I give u 2 apple pie for waiting so long? Well 9k I guess but when I open my bagel, it was not cut in half; I was too frustrated again. Please improve your service especially in the drive thru.
Worst customer service ever, not to mention the manager is rude and very unprofessional. Will never step foot in this establishment again!
Common sense is not used on orders. That’s why we are starting to use Mobil order. Staff needs to be schooled on basics of business. Management maybe needs to be present at all times like in any forward moving business. This place is 23 out of 25 for a reason. Witnessed it today again.
