Big Boy's Burgers - Whitby

One of the few places to enjoy authentic and old style burger. very good customer service, fresh burger with fresh cuts. fiona was excellent and one of the few owners who takes care of her business and asks the guest about the quality of the food. if they are looking for a good burger, that is the place.

I really wanted to enjoy this place, ordered the big young burger with a poutine and the burger was over boiled and the speck I added to it did not help.was a disappointment. but the poutine definitiw is worth the trip! great poutine maybe I just stopped at a free day.stars especially for the poutine and the great employees who took our order.

I asked for my speck and wobbly rings were good..neither. the lady who commanded it was quite snorky and had just been quiet and stopped me, maybe the order had been done right. I paid 40$ for my order, not the kind of service I would expect t9 to go together with this price. next time she wants to turn around and murmurm under her breath, she should make sure that her customers can't hear it! I've been here for years and I've ever seen this first time. they weren't even busy when we were there.

Based on the reviews online, we really wanted to try this place. We planned to go the first night for dinner but they closed at 7pm. The next night they were supposed to be open until 8pm, so we called just after 6 to place an order. They said they had a large order they were working on and could not accept any more orders that night. Bigboyburgers.com website says they are open 9pm!! Maybe its a good place for lunch, or if you are retired and like to eat dinner between 4-5pm!!!

Honestly, I can not say enough good things about this place! The service, the food, the atmosphere... I don't get to visit enough, but each time I do, I love it!
