Avaliação da contribuiçãoMy friend and I were looking for a quick snack to keep us going while shopping. We saw Jack-in-the-Box and decided to stop in. The line was relatively short and the service was fast. Our total time there from start to finish was about 20 minutes. I had already eaten, so I ordered some fries which were hot, plentiful, not too salty, and fresh. My friend wasn't sure what she wanted, so the person taking our order made a friendly suggestion for her to try the junior jack burger. She also ordered a drink. The total cost was six dollars and some change. We didn't dine in as we were in a hurry, but I have always enjoyed my meals at Jack-in-the-Box. It was a good choice for us that day.
We went to Taco Bell across the street and they didn't give us any sauce or napkins, even though we had a big order. Luckily, Jack at the restaurant hooked us up. Thank you, guys, you made our road trip much easier.
My wife and I visited Jack In The Box last night and used the drive-thru to place our order. My wife ordered the Bacon and Swiss Buttery Jack meal, while I ordered the Sourdough Jack Meal. After waiting for some time at the drive-thru window, we were asked to pull around to the front of the restaurant where our meals would be brought out to us. We waited for about 10 minutes before finally receiving our meals. When we opened our burgers, we were disappointed to find that they were flat as if they had been crushed or had something heavy placed on top of them. My wife returned her burger to have it remade, but when she received the new burger, the fries were missing. This mix-up left her feeling upset and frustrated. We spent nearly $22 on what we felt was low-quality food and service. It seems that the fast food industry has declined in quality in recent years.
I have visited this restaurant before and ordered a #27 with hashbrowns instead of a bun, which they have accommodated for me in the past. However, today they refused to make this substitution for me. I explained that they have done it before and that I have a gluten intolerance, but they still insisted they could not do it. They even went as far as to suggest that if I can't eat gluten, I should not eat there at all. With the restaurant frequently being closed, items on the menu being out of stock, and now this disappointing experience, I have decided to never spend my money at Jack in the Box again.
Please open your dining room. It's puzzling why some places in this area are reluctant to do so. My wife and I absolutely love your tacos and would happily eat them every day. It would be such a treat to enjoy them without having to do so in the car. Take a risk and open your doors. I haven't heard of any Covid Police around here!
