Colton's Steak House Grill - White Hall

I'll never be here again. I and my man went to Valentine's Day today and if I knew that eating would be terrible, I would only go to mcdonald's to be honest. I ordered the steak and garnel and you get 2 pages so I have French pommes and kartoffels. I ordered my steak well done, but it wasn't done well, it was still completely pink inside and had absolutely no taste. no salt note. I asked for garlic butter and the waitress brought butter and some powder and told me I could mix it myself to make garlic butter. I guess she was too busy or something. the pommes were cold and muddy. I could pick them up and they collapse because they were old and not good. the garnels were served on rice. the rice was hard and not cooked at all. my man got the bourbon lachs, who was boiled, and his fries were also old and cold. he was also fried okra. I tasted it because I still had hunger because I hardly had the okra tasted, but it was cold. the waitress knew that we were very disappointed, but she didn't offer any excuse for the cook, nothing. So in any case, don't get what we paid and we won't be back.

First time here. Our waitress was great. She checked on us often. Food was great. Steak was perfect, baked sweet potato was just right. Rolls are awesome. If passing through again, will go back.

Quickly seated, although they were not busy at all. Our server was nice. Not very experienced, or not trained. Reaching over everyone, instead of going around or reaching behind. Steaks were NOT cooked as ordered.

My steak was Bland, my waitress did not bring my add on shrimp which was just mediocre. My French fries we're old and had been put back in the grease to heat them up and try to make them appear fresh SMH

Went inside to order my food and paid for it at the takeout counter. The staff was very nice however After they told me which parking spot to park in it took them over an hour to bring my food after I had to remind them that I was waiting on my food. No apology was given
