Anthony's Italian - Whiteville

I tried to call the restaurant before, but couldn't reach anyone. I decided to give it another shot on Friday night and went in to order, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The toppings lacked flavor and texture, and the pizza was placed on a piece of aluminum foil, which I've never seen before. The crust was soggy and wet, likely from steam, and there was moisture underneath it as well. The bottom was unappetizingly damp. I attempted to call back to express my concerns, but there was no answer. I paid nearly $20 and left feeling dissatisfied and frustrated with my choice.

My granddaughter took me to Anthony's for my birthday, and the dining experience was amazing. The waitress was very friendly, and we didn't have to ask for anything—she was always there at the right time for everything we needed.
