Little Caesars Pizza - Whitlock Farms

This location is so sad... I don't come to little Caesar's often, and my experience at this location makes me want to turn away from the company forever. They never have any pizza ready at all. So, I try to see if anything is ready and nope. I would have to wait for the puffs, crazy bread, wings, and pizza.. what ever happened to being able to walk in and just order a pizza and go? Avoid this location at all costs.. you could order a pizza from anywhere else and get it faster than here.

I’m just going to start avoiding this location altogether. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but every single time I come to this location it takes forever just to get my food. Tonight, I ordered 1 pepperoni pizza online. At 7:19, I received an email saying that my order was ready to be picked up. I walked in and did not see my name on the screen and the code they sent me did not work. There were 7 people waiting in the lobby for their food and only 2 workers in the place. One was cooking and the other was taking orders. The one taking orders ended up leaving out of the store and left the cook with a store full of waiting customers. I waited to see my name pop up on the screen and it never showed up. I ended up having to drive to one of the locations in Lilburn and placing my order there. At this location, the food was ready for me to pick up at the time they quoted me in my confirmation email. Again, Im just going to avoid going to the location on Old Norcross. It makes no sense at all.

I asked for pepperoni mushroom and extra cheese. This girl says pepperoni and shrimp. I didn't know they sold shrimp. Oh, they don't. I've never seen toppings on top of cheese. Ridiculous will not be back. Breadstick dry.
