They seemed really nice, but they were so slow, half the employees were standing around while 6 people were waiting for orders. Lack of urgency, they just didn't care.

This place never has food. Have come at different times and if they got chicken they dont have side if they have side they dont have chicken. If you come at 9 pm they open for show because they'll tell you kitchen is closed.

The staff is very lazy and unprofessional, I placed an order through DoorDash at 9:40pm and it is currently 11:00 and my order has still not been made. Be prepared to see various signs on the doors and on the menu that they are out of simple things that a chicken establishment SHOULD have. The staff does not hesitate to give horrible service along with incredibly nasty attitudes. Many things will be missing or incorrect in your order. Sadly I have been disappointed many times from this location in particular and Popeyes overall. The level of unprofessionalism is unmatched ! Do not come here !!!

Popeyes needs to go out of business! 2 piece chicken for $8 is mentally ill. Kroger and Publix selling fried chicken just as good for 8 pc for $8

The food was cool cause we were hungry but the service was terrible!! We waited ten minutes to even hear anyone on the speaker. When they finally came to the speaker he just said come to the window. We got to the window we had to tell him our order several times and as listened to another employee yell at everyone in the restaurant. She came over to the window being nice nasty to take our order but we had already ordered. We paid extra to get mango lemonade and it was no good at all. Let’s just go ahead and shut this one down and try again somewhere else.
