When we finally got our drinks, they were wrong. Always had a great service from this Carlos O?Kelly, but not this time. I don't think I'm going back to this.
The waitress was extremely friendly and quickly answered any questions we had about the menu. Our food arrived promptly, hot, and beautifully presented. The portion sizes were generous.
Ordered online thru door Dash, I'll get food for me. Get text food is ready to go to wait the restaurant until 10 minutes to come for someone Self coming forward to help me was not busy! Back to work that is not just a mile away food is cold chips are stale! I'm just trying to call to get recorded message Push 2 to talk to someone and then automated system says goodbye and hangs up! Not good for the business at all, never had a problem with location, but after that I won't be back! Why did I pay so much to reheat my food?
I have had good food here before. This time, I ordered a family-sized Pasta Diablo and a side of Queso. My order was ready for pick up in just 20 minutes and came in an aluminum container, making reheating the next day simple. Overall, it was great!
The food was decent, but the staff could use more training. Our waitress was good, but it seemed like they needed more help overall. The restaurant wasn't very busy, but the staff still seemed unprepared. There were empty tables, but they were scattered and not ready for larger crowds, especially on a night when kids eat free. The restaurant needs to be better prepared for busy nights.
