Long John Silver's - Wichita

There are currently only three Long John Silver's stores remaining in the Wichita area. The store I visited was really great. The food was fresh and hot, and I didn't have to wait a long time. Overall, it was a positive experience.

I had a disappointing experience at LJS and won't be returning. Despite the employees being very polite, I was unimpressed with the food. I ordered online and when I arrived, my order hadn't been prepared yet. The food was greasy and the fish was lukewarm by the time I got home. However, the fries, hush puppies, and cole slaw were good. I suspect the fish and chicken weren't fried fresh. Despite the courteous service, I can only give this restaurant 2 stars overall.

The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The food is delicious. I just wish they offered baked potatoes or scalloped potatoes for a change, and maybe some fried okra as well.

I really love long John's food and we drive 30 miles to get it. Something has changed at this restaurant, the food was cold, the place was dirty, the service was awful. Last week we decided to try it again but a very rude employee said we are not serving here today because our computers are down unless you want frozen fish. It's always something with this restaurant on Pawnee now. The management before was great but here I'm assuming management changed because it all sucks now.

This location seems okay, staff is pretty friendly most of the time. Food always comes hot and fresh for me. They randomly close the lobby often though which is pretty annoying so I go elsewhere when the lobby is closed.
