Taco Bell - Wilkes-Barre

Here is another 3 star if they can stop forgetting peoples items in the order drive through is the worse , and the regular tacos are just soggy anymore the lettuce must not be drained eww… prices are up and than it cost more gas to go back check your food VERY good

I do door dash and I tend to get food at places also when delivering, I've never had any problems at this taco bell. There always sick with the food, friendly workers, and the food has yet to be nasty here so far.

The teenagers who work there are not very smart. You ask for one thing and get another. They need to go back to school and learn how to read and write and follow directions

I guess when employees simply don't care. Tacos all grease, cracked shells, wrapped in a manner, just thrown in, a mess. Mexican pizza raw and sloppy. Not worth the money for slop. Last visit here for me. No pride, just slap it in, throw it in the box mentality, we don't care, next.

Waited in a long line for over 30 mins. Get to the window, paid and received the drink. Order number was 75. They did 76,77 and 78 all behind me. Asked me to park. Said no I guess everyone is waiting longer! I said why are they doing them out of order? I was told they're not supposed to. Save yourself go somewhere else!
