Avaliação da contribuiçãoStopped by this Arby 's location on Sun, Jan 23, '22, after a couple attempts in the previous days only to find them closed, to give the Diablo Brisket Sandwich a try. It appears that this restaurant is being slammed with staffing issues, and even though it was open on this date, the lobby was closed as they were operating in Drive-Thru only mode with only two (2) employees. You could hear the stress in the employee 's voice thru the Drive-Thru speaker as he was taking my order. In fact, I told the other member of my party that I wouldn 't be surprised to hear him exclaim Thanks it, I quit! at any moment. He didn 't come across as rude, but he was very short with the customer in line in front and behind me, as well as myself. Far be it from me that I committed the sin of ordering horseradish sauce when placing my order instead of waiting until I was at the Drive-Thru window. As far as the food I received, it was what you 'd expect from Arby 's. The Diablo Brisket Sandwich was made well and had just the right amount of sauce. Occasionally you 'll find that they 'll hold back a bit with spicy sauces, but that was not the case at this location on this date. I also got an order of Crinkle Cut Fries White Cheddar Mac 'n Cheese. Both of these items were warm and delicious.I 've withheld two (2) stars on this particular rating not because of the food quality or taste in any way, but simply because of the manner in which this restaurant is currently operating along with employees on the edge of exploding at any given moment.
Good food made well. But make sure you have everything in the bag before you leave.
Always great service, fries always hot and food fresh. Sometimes pricey but worth the cost.
The food is prepared well and the customer service is ok. They cut the lights off early in the restaurant so sometimes it looks like the store is closed
Glad that you can eat inside now. All food was good.
