Waited almost 2 hours for a mobile app order. All employees minus the manager walked out mid-shift. Would have left after the first 30 minutes waiting, but I know that I’d have to contact corporate to get a refund. Contacted corporate anyway and was given a free Route 44 for my troubles.
Everything is wrong with this location. Gives Sonic a bad name. Drive through on 4-4-24 @630pm is completely incompetent and can't take an order correctly and is very rude. Disgrace!
Quick and accurate service. Friendly staff. The food that was supposed to be hot was hot and the food that was supposed to be cold was cold. Everything was perfect
