Always slow, shouldn't take 10 or 15 mins to get a blizzard. Not counting the wait at the drive through. They never seem really short staffed though.

I was there on 9/1 approximately 4:00-4:30. The young lady that was working (sorry didn't look at name) was completely alone in the front end, working counter and drive thru. Yet stayed friendly and professional . She definitely deserves some regonition.Her attitude and pleasant persona will make you return. . I think you should be proud !

The restaurant in Williamston was extremely slow even though we were the only ones in the lobby. Winterville location is a disaster, with poor service and a terrible drive-thru experience.

We really enjoyed the ice cream at this restaurant, but they accidentally forgot our order and served four people in front of us before realizing their mistake. It happens, but overall it's still a good place to eat.

Despite being crowded, the service at this restaurant was quick, the staff was friendly, and the food was delicious and very fresh. I rode my motorcycle 45 miles just to eat here.
