Firehouse Subs Willoughby Commons

This sub shop does a fantastic job overall. Some of the subs may have a smaller amount of meat than expected, but the special sub of the month is always a hit. When it comes to Firehouse Subs, this place is top-notch.

The service at this restaurant is quite good and the sandwiches taste fresh.

The service was excellent. I waited for more than 20 minutes for my two sandwiches, even though there were 4 employees and only 2 other customers in the restaurant. It didn't feel like my time was valued, especially considering the high prices they charge for a simple 6-inch sub.

Wanted to order something different for lunch today. Thought I'd try firehouse subs. Ordered a large hook and ladder . Requested lite italian, banana peppers and sauteed mushrooms. Only got the lite italian. Sandwich ok. Not impressed.

Recommend them very much. friendly and clean environment. love with the app and pre-order. no waiting time and no lines. very practical. update: same quality with friendly service!
