Starbucks - Wilson

This was probably one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. It’s never taken that long for me to get service. The workers were blatantly ignoring us in line and only focusing on the drive through. When we asked to be served they were rude and took another 5 minutes to take our orders. My sandwich was also dissembled when I received it. Considering their company is being boycotted, if I were them, I would do everything in my power to ensure that the customer experience was above average. Would not recommend this Starbucks.

20231203 Stopped here for iced green tea but they were out. It was around 5 pm. I ended up getting the black tea instead. The barista at the drive thru window was friendly.

The slowest Starbucks ever! Where are you at manager? It's Sunday@10:25. Train your staff to be prompt and kind.

Friendly, clean, good tea, broken wifi;I came here for tea and wifi, but I could not connect with my phone or computer. The lady at the counter said there was nothing she could try. She said she could put in a ticket, but nothing would happen until tomorrow.

Ran in while road tripping home. Nice wide open store. Clean restroom. Friendly staff and my coffee was bomb!
