Awful service, cold food. Complaint made and received by ‘head office’ it was passed to franchise who simply ignored it, despite being followed up. Won’t use again.
I waited for 3 hours for my food delivery, but it never arrived despite multiple calls to the restaurant where staff assured me it was on its way in 15 minutes. My money was already taken from my account. The staff were rude and unhelpful. Overall, it is best to avoid this restaurant at all costs.
The staff at this restaurant were incredibly rude, especially the manager who demanded proof that we received the wrong pizza. They even showed up at our house at 11pm to collect the incorrect pizza. In addition to getting two pizzas wrong, the staff's attitude and behavior were unacceptable. They refused to give us a refund.
I thought I’d try the new pesto pizza, the pizza was delivered however the pesto was not on the pizza. I rang the store and they wanted to make up for it by sending me another pizza at first I wanted a refund as the other pizza would most likely go to waste but in the end I agreed. The delivery man turned up at my door with a plastic bottle of pesto and said “ for you to put on your pizza, I’ll wait” I was shocked dominos have not stuck to there word in delivering me a new pizza and I also found it very petty. They have no customer loyalty. Should be closed down or should have more training.
