Don’t be misled—Carrabba’s does not accept reservations! They put you on a waiting list instead. I made a reservation, but when I arrived, I found myself behind several other people already on the list. There were no available tables, and it seems Carrabba’s isn’t being upfront about this.

Although we had a reservation through OpenTable, we were unable to sit right away because their computer system was down, which caused a delay of about 30 minutes before we could be seated. Fortunately, we were greeted by a warm and friendly server who was eager to please. The drinks were enjoyable; we had a cocktail and a glass of wine. The Mama’s Chicken Soup was a hit, just like the Caesar salad. The Chicken Bryan and my Pollo Pink were both tasty. However, I would have eaten more if I hadn't found a hair in my first bite. I can handle it, but my wife is less tolerant of such things. I informed the manager about the issue as a courtesy. Overall, it's Carrabba's, where the food is quite good and reasonably priced.
