Burger King - Windsor

Haven't been there in years and was pressed for time so we thought we'd go in since the establishment was pretty empty. Nothing's changed since I'd been there many years ago. It really is a shame not to be able to get a fresher meal since they weren't pressed for anyone eating in or take outs. I could have brought my own slice of refrigerated cheese to put on my burger - they don't even take the time to melt it, even a little bit. No taste at all. I wasted my money on my meal and my grandson's meal which tasted like cardboard. Won't be going back to any of the Burger Kings - they aren't King of anything other than robbing patrons of their money in exchange for horrible fast food. Should have known better.

With this heat we thought going into the store would be faster and cooler.Wrong. Turns out before 5 PM few seem to be working on a Tuesday and drive through takes up 90% of the attention and time.Finally when we got home we were short a nugget in our meal. After we checked the bag. Did we really have to count them out there?

Wow went in for a quick lunch and just a few cars in drive threw like 2 or 3 no one in restaurant but 4 dirty tables and food all over floor it was 12:20pm just after lunch, I ordered chicken special 10 for 1.99 and a whopper with cheese and fries well the burger had no cheese the chicken was over cooked not happy with food at all, went to wash my hands wow DIRTY DIRTY bathrooms so that tells you about the restaurant, if I had washed my hands first before ordering I would have just walked out.

Place was not clean.Food is OK.Staff is just doing their job....Place can be cleaner and more fun to seat and enjoy a burger.I asked for extra something there was none of that thing on my burger, I had to go and ask for another one .

The playground area is way too cold in the winter and way too hot in the summer. There is no lighting in this area. There is rust on the floor and hardly any seating in the play area. There was a note on the door saying they were short staffed that there would be a delay, while there were a few workers standing behind the counter talking to each other.
