Jake's Roadhouse and Blues Joint

I stop in here every couple months and really enjoy the friendly staff ( Jenn & Paulina). Food and drinks are priced well and good.

You have to try the steak sandwich. I was a little jealous I didn't order it. Large portions. They do a pretty cool meat draw on Saturday afternoons. Buy raffle tickets and win meat. all proceeds go to a charity.

Stopped in at 10:30pm and kitchen was open. Had a good Caesar salad and steak fries with a cold draft. Steak came with nicely fried onions and feadh mushrooms with bowl of carrots on the side. Fitting end to a long day. Good band performing oldies and the patrons were up and dancing. Attractive and attentive waitresses.

We had a great visit this afternoon on our way through to the NASCAR race in Michigan.There were 12 of us and we were quickly and efficiently taken care of. Service was super quick and our food came out fast. We sat on the patio. I had the chicken club with was made with fresh chicken breast and really good bacon. It came with fries and coleslaw on the side. The rest of the group ordered everything from salads to wraps to wings and everyone came away satisfied with the food and how well we were taken care of. We will be dropping back into Jake's on our way back through next year for the race.

We were looking for something close to the Comfort Inn & Suites on Huron Church road and Jakes was next door. We visited for lunch with four adults and two children. The All Day Breakfast was a hit with four of the party and the breakfasts, Steak & Eggs, Western Omelet, and two full Breakfasts were complete and very well presented and were good tasting. The club sandwich ordered was large and served as lunch the next day. The basketball toss game was broken allowing the two boys to shoot baskets while the adults finished their food.It looks like a great place for an evening of blues and as sponsors of the upcoming blues festival (July 2017) it would be a place to meet the blues performers.The service was polite and prompt - we al;l enjoyed our visit.
