Went through the drive-thru and told the customer rep that I had a coupon through the app for $6 breakfast combo. Asked if I could sub coffee for french vanilla and was told sure. Get to the window and she 's charging me $9. Showed her the combo in the app. She gave me attitude when I said I would just take the coffee instead. She then said Next time, read the offer. and shut the drive-thru door.If you go inside, you see that they stand around talking and finishing up their conversations instead of serving you. You can 't win at this location, so I would advise steering clear.
I'm so upset that I continue to buy from tim hortons. I got a ex lg French vanilla drove home to Amherstburg and it taste like water so I decided to call to complain and they won't answer there phones even after calling 3 times.
Had to wait almost 5 minutes for someone to let us in the washroom as they have to buzz you in. Then, we waited another 10 minutes to place our order with only 4 people in front of us. There were 6 or 7 servers, but only 1 or 2 working the counter. We ordered a coffee and a french vanilla cappuccino. The coffee was made right, but the cappuccino wasn't. It was basically water. Obviously, they didn't look at it before putting the lid on it and handing it to their customer.
I go for my coffee and a muffin for my puppy. I do go inside sometimes and it's not so tidy. I wish the homeless addicts weren't always outside begging. I mainly do the drive through.
Undercooked bagel can taste raw flour and i asked 2 sugar coffee but it was super sweet as if they put 4-5 ?
