One of the worst staff I ever saw. Girl named Arsh was super rude , upon ordering regular oreo mc flurry, she made me feel dumb saying” what do you mean by regular mc flurry” . I dont think I did anything wrong . don’t work in customer service if u dont know the meaning of that. She don’t even apologise for that. Service: Take out Meal type: Other

My wife placed an order just now and received someone else's. she called-up and spoke to the manager and was told that it was the Dasher's fault due to accepting multiple orders and mixed everything. overall, they refused to take accountability and they dont really care about the customer's experience.
