Young Cardinal Cafe Co. - Winston Salem

Very tasty breakfast but has lunch menu with a bar in the morning. They are open from 8am to 3pm. Closed Monday. My wife had the egg Benedict and very smooth good tasting grits.

Not really impressive. Outside dining available and accommodations for dogs is a plus. I had a Monte Cristo which was large and well prepared, just didn't impress. My daughter had the avocado toast special which was also large but not amazing.Our waitress was fantastic. Friendly and attentive.It was nice for a try but not habit forming.

This place is great. The food here is phenomenal. Our waitress, Anna, was very knowledgeable and of course very nice too. We will be coming back and bringing our friends too!

I went to Young Cardinal Cafe and Co yesterday for the first time for brunch during lunch. This cafe has been recommended to me for having great breakfast/ brunch food.I can confirm that they did not disappoint. The staff we’re giving really good service, from checking if everything is fine, getting me iced water, refilling my coffee.I had a regular coffee and an orange juice for energy. To eat, I’ve ordered the Huevos Rancheros, which really delicious.I asked my eggs to be done over easy, with it was the avocado, nacho chips, beans, tomato salsa and the pulled pork.The pulled pork was nice and juicy, very flavourful. All the Huevos Rancheros ingredients just paired perfectly.I definitely recommend locals and visitors to have a meal at Young Cardinal Cafe and Co.

The breakfast nachos are perfection!!!And the service is kind and friendly!Our first meal in Winston Salem so far and we are delighted!
