Avaliação da contribuiçãoI went to pay for my meal and wanted a gift card as a gift. I told the cashier I wanted a gift card when I was paying. I was told that it had to be two separate transactions. I said that’s fine but I don’t want to be charged the surcharge on the second transaction. She stated there was nothing she could do. She stated the surcharge was only .45 however .45 these days adds up.I still purchased the gift card because I needed it as a gift.
Surcharge fees are strictly limited to credit card transactions only. Even if a client wishes to run a signature debit transaction, where a debit card is processed as a credit transaction, you are still not allowed to implement a surcharge. Surcharges are also not applicable to prepaid cards. A few for using a card for payment is illegal.
Prices are getting a little out of hand. Especially when over charging for coffee, over 2 dollars, and starting to charge alacart for breakfast items when they seem included on the menu. There is also an upcharge for using a debit card now. Gee, I wonder where that came from.
Got seated people kept passing me was here for a while and no one even came to the table it’s unfortunate because everyone else’s food looks good ?
They are great. Everything is still always hot once I get it. Anything I have had, no complaints!!!
