Tempo 1930 - Winter Haven

Order the Cavatappi with grilled chicken and sun-dried tomatoes, it's the best I ever had and I'm from New York? also the best cocktails. The bartender is a real craftsman. Anslie is a great hostess. This place is a real jewel.

The food was wonderful. I had the glazed salmon that was delicately melted in the mouth with a sweet crunch at the edges. The potatoes melted fine and the mixed vegetables were abundant. Our server explained supply chain problems because the wine list did not match inventory. Only a white and a red available.

This restaurant is a unique and wonderful in downtown Winter Haven. On the back there are seating and a terrace. I especially love their little plate menu and they have one of the best bartenders in town! They have recently expanded their menu and the new grilled cheese sandwich is a welcome addition. Their french frits are perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and the Briggnets are always a good way to finish your meal.

The ambience is great, the staff is incredibly funny and friendly, the food is good, but needs additional time to prepare. Don't be in a hurry and you'll love this little place.

Simple spot with great drinks and delicious meatballs that were affordable! I ordered two seasonal cocktails which were good, but I would have been happier with ordering the traditional version of them! However, I will be coming back to have a beautifully secluded outside bar to myself next time. If you have time and want to celebrate or causally go out one night in downtown winter haven, definitely come here to check this place out.
