Kahlil is one of the best crew members and a large chef and server. MC is the best manager who always searches for the team, strong leadership, and has a big heart. Great job you both.

Never call in order with such a friendly lady. Her name was Mary! She was definitely a treasure and helpful.. made me feel comfortable what I want on my sub.. hopefully it's a good sub lol! Mary rocks

I don't write reviews all the time, but I was so away from the experience I had to share today. I went to this industry in Winterville today like most of the city because of the charity event we have. The line was through the door and I thought I would go somewhere else, but the owner of the franchise was her who was an absolute pleasure. She smiled all and mentioned her daughter was working. I didn't think about it. I mentioned her when I order online, think I would be quicker thanks waiting through the line she said, no worries you will be faster than order online. I was glad she told me that when I got to the counter, her daughter moved at speed of lightning. I've never seen anyone make a sub as fast as I've ever seen. The best part of the entire experience was that with all the mess with several online orders and the line from the door the quality of food was amazing. My wife had some health problems that prevented her from tasting like the average person. She never ends her meal the most time. She's also a wonderful cook. For them to tell me that the best sandwich she ever had in her life is and every morsel eats me. I can't tell you how much I feel at home that they are going to review them, you won't be disappointed.

I usually have a great experience here, but this time not. I called the only sub I ever get from there. The #7 with bacon, this is a Turkish sub. They gave me a hot sub, which I believe to be the big Kahuna. I tried to eat anyway, considering that I live in Winterville in Kinston. Needless to say that this sub was terrible evil for me that I threw it away. I called back to let her know what happened, the guy told me they would do it right at my next visit. When I came back a few weeks later, they had no idea. They didn't make it right that they made me feel like I was lying. It was so embarrassing. I'm gonna stick with the Goldsboro Jersey Mike's out here!
