During my latest visit, my honey and mustard dip was missing, my pizza base was undercooked, and the food was only lukewarm. The delivery driver (according to the tracking app) went in the wrong direction, causing a significant delay in receiving my order. This experience was actually one of the better ones I've had with this restaurant, as it can get much worse.
This restaurant was a complete disappointment. Even though a pizza restaurant should be able to make a decent pizza, the one I ordered was inedible and ended up in the trash. I should have checked the other reviews before placing my order.
I purchased two large pizzas and was disappointed to find that the bases were uncooked and white. The toppings were only lukewarm. Unfortunately, the store was closed so I was unable to return them. I had to throw them away. I was very disappointed with the quality of the pizzas.
This place has really gone downhill. The last 3 orders have been incorrect. On 2 occasions the pizza was undercooked. Things have been missing too. I e ordered pizza from here for many years but I will not be using them again. Very difficult to get a refund too.
Order was delivered but without the potato wedges which was part of; called and was told they were left in the delivery bag and I couldn’t have a refund as they don’t refund for single items. Only option that I could have free next time or have them delivered but would be an hour; I said yes I’ll have them delivered as had paid for them already; then nothing turned up! The manager needs a class is customer service; no refunds for something that wasn’t delivered is not acceptable; wouldn’t even speak to me, they relayed through a member if staff; I know how important I am to you now; last time I go to dominos for overpriced pizza and bad service!
