Trappers Turn - WISCONSIN DELLS

I come here every time I'm in the area and always recommend this place, but yesterday Sunday brunch exceeded all past experience. This place Always has amazing food on their brunch, breakfast, lunch, fish, prime rib, salad bar, kiddie bar, desert bar etc. Drinks included with the price including mimosa. The staff is always attentive and great when I bring my kids. Always patient, always smiling. Prompt with drinks and clearing our table. Today we went and they were busy helping a wedding prepare so they weren't 150% attentive like normally but still attentive. We were not upset as I and my husband were there for our own honeymoon and relaxing. We weren't rushed at all. I did notice they were not as on top as normal. But they weren't neglectfull either... again, not the least bit upset... When we were done the manager came over (who was also our waitress) and apologized profusely (even though we hadn't complained), I told her it was ok. She said it wasn't ok, they were busy with a wedding and had neglected us so she was taking care of our meal. I argued with her she shouldn't do that, we weren't upset or Inconvenienced. She said she was doing it, she's the boss and can. That it was unacceptable we were neglected and she apologized again and said she had it. I was pleasantly stunned. And I will continue to praise this place and recommend it to anyone we see or hear that is going to this place! This was an unexpected surprise and even with the less attention we received from the staff this day; it was still 100 times more than any other establishment we go too. Thank you for your service and setting your expectations high of your staff. I see today why each time is perfect. With expectations as high as yours it's no wonder this is my favorite place!

I do not golf... BUT when it comes to Weddings. This place is top notch. The staff is always very accommodating and responsive. The food is exceptional! I've been the DJ for numerous weddings this past summer. I can say that this venue is one of the BEST wedding reception locations. If you are looking to do your Ceremony here, not a bad idea. The view on the driving range is out of this world! thank you Trappers Turn for being a great place! I hope to see you all again in the future.

The very best Friday night fish fry and Sunday brunch in the area! Excellent service, phenomenal food, and a great atmosphere. We visit Trappers Turn every time we are in town.

The course was in great shape. The beverage cart was around every couple holes the pro shop staff was helpful. Great job!

My friend and I both had the deep fried cod. It was really good. I've eaten here for brunch, also, and it too was very good. I'd highly recommend eating here!!
